We only collect personal information of customers based on an intension of providing them. The purposes of personal information are as follows:

• Inquiries from customers
• Requests from customers for providing quotation, material and information

Personal information is also used for delivering material and information.

We execute proper management of the customers' personal information and pay maximum attention to prevent leakage of such information. We also place proper control against illegal accesses from outside, or risks of loss, destruction and falsification.

We however may subcontract the processing of entrusted Personal Information to companies who conclude non-disclosure agreement with us within the scope necessary for the achievement of the purpose(s) of use.

Inquiry, correction and deletion of personal information

When receiving the request for inquiry, correction or deletion of the personal information provided by customers, we would properly respond to customers with the confirmation of personal identification in the aspect of prevention of personal information leakage.
