Overview

ECOTRIM series are self-contained, simple and compact packaged design for efficient removal of floating grease, accumulated sludge, solids, foul odors and many other contaminants in the grease traps. It is designed to reduce the cost of operation of food service activities by facilitating the natural breakdown of organic matter by microbes plus ozone oxidation. As the results, the pumping costs are reduced as the need to pump is reduced. Wastewater entering into the sewer can be cleaner. Plumbing maintenance costs are reduced. Customers and staff are happier as the foul odors disappear and the trap surrounding becomes healthier.

Features

ECOTRIM, Grease Trap Cleaning System, produces ozone from oxygen in atmospheric air and diffuses it in wastewater to sterilize. The system consists of ozone generator, air blower and diffuser to plug in to produce ozone instantly. Ozone is about 10 times stronger than chloride as a disinfectant and it reacts with organic substances in a grease trap and rapidly changes into harmless oxygen.
