Overview

This is Cylinder Type Batch Furnace having both main hearth which revolves and plural sub hearths which rotate inside of the main hearth. Due to this unique structure, setter multi-stacked piles are rotated and revolved. Highly-uniformed temperature and inner-atmosphere on setters can be achieved.

Features

The size is compact and suitable for Cell production lines.
High-speed ramping (Max 15degrees/min.) and short-time sintering is possible.
It is suitable for firing MLCC and other chip type electric components.
